Jail for questioning Speaker move: CM
Commenting on the resignation episode of the Telangana MLAs and the Speaker’s rejection of the same, the Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, warned newspersons on Sunday that one could be arrested for questioning the Speaker’s decision.
The Chief Minister made this observation while reacting to a question about the Congress’ influence behind the Speaker’s decision during a press conference at Nellore.
“You may go to jail for raising the question this way. No one can question his verdict either in the House, outside or in the paper. It can attract action,” said Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy.
